As well as giving some background into mental health conditions, this full day course concentrates on giving you the practical tools and techniques to use immediately with children and young people. This will enable you to help build resilience in children and young people suffering from conditions such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders and many more. Focussing on down-to-earth strategies which you can use straight away, this course will help you have the confidence to address mental health issues with children and young people
